Since the beginning, East West Catering has been recognised as a premium brand and quality has been at the forefront of our thinking. Our goal is to ensure that our customers get an excellent authentic product, every time. We use authentic ingredients of the finest quality sourced from approved and (were possible) local suppliers who conform to our rigid standards..

We have made major investment in infrastructure and production facilities in Halifax. In our manufacturing plant raw ingredients and cooked foods are kept separate; production staff are also segregated. To avoid any risk of cross contamination between raw and cooked foods, each processing area has its own high/low risk hygiene, drainage and production regime.
